UK Mainland Delivery:
Free Delivery: - We offer free deliveries within UK for all standard online orders above £50* ( amount should before VAT ). Order is normally dispatched within 1-2 working days from date of receipt of order via Royal Mail Second Class Post.

Shortages, Incorrect or Damaged Goods:
It will be the customer’s responsibility to inform us via email or telephone about any shortages, incorrect and damaged items within 48 hours of receipt. Non delivery of the goods should be informed to us via email or telephone within 4 working days from the day your order is been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once the claim is processed, appropriate Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid. In the case of cheque payment a cheque will be issued payable to the original customer.
Products lost in Transit:
We try to provide the best service to our customers in terms of delivering the products. If in case the products are lost in transit we are more than happy to refund the customer but it may take up to 21 days to process the refund from the day we are informed about the non delivery of your order. In the mean time if the customer wants to place another order they could do so.
Returns:
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 14 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (exemptions listed below) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’ with its original packaging and tags with a valid receipt/delivery note.
Cosmetics are exempt from right to return if opened or sampled, due to the perishable and hygienic nature of the goods. We can't offer refunds or exchanges on perishable goods such as flowers and food, unless faulty or not as described. If unsure whether you would like to keep the goods, please do not open and sample as this invalidates your right to refund.
