With its fine, even texture and translucent, deep green colour, it is the same high quality as Clearspring Nori, with the added benefit of each of its seven sheets coming ready toasted.
Use straight from the pack to make sushi rolls, such as Clearspring Sushi Nori Rolls. Alternatively Cut with scissors into quarters for wrapping rice balls or cut into thin strips for a tasty garnish for grains, noodles, soups and salads.
