Bring 400ml of milk (or try with coconut milk) to the boil and add 100g of pudding rice. Cover and simmer on a low heat for 15-25 minutes stirring regularly. Sweeten to taste with agave syrup and serve with Just Natural cacao nibs and fresh fruit. |
